$95,000 — $125,000 /Yr
Job Overview
You'll own the growth engine at Flames — running campaigns, managing SEO, building email sequences, and finding creative ways to reach engineering teams at companies that need AI coding tools. You know that developers don't respond to hype, so you lead with substance, data, and specificity. Experience marketing developer tools or B2B SaaS is essential — this is not a role for generalist marketers.
What You'll Do
Own and execute Flames' growth marketing strategy across paid, organic, email, and community channels
Run SEO content programs targeting developer audiences — keyword research, content briefs, and distribution
Build and optimize email sequences for trial activation, onboarding, and expansion
Manage paid acquisition campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and developer-focused platforms
Work with the developer relations team to amplify community content and drive top-of-funnel growth
Track and report on key growth metrics — MQLs, activation rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution
Run A/B tests on landing pages, email copy, and ad creative to continuously improve conversion rates
Identify and build partnerships with developer newsletters, communities, and influencers
What We're Looking For
Proven experience marketing to developer or technical audiences — you understand how developers discover and evaluate tools
3+ years in a growth or demand generation role at a B2B SaaS company
Strong analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not gut feel
Hands-on experience with SEO, email marketing platforms, and paid acquisition tools
Excellent written communication — you can write copy that resonates with engineers without sounding like a marketer
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and similar growth stack tools
Self-directed and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment where you build the playbook from scratch
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $95,000 — $125,000 depending on experience
Fully remote — US-based candidates only
Equity package included
$2,000 annual learning & development budget
Home office setup stipend
Async-first culture — no unnecessary meetings
25 days PTO + local public holidays
